Numerous bike routes to discover Vaucluse
Whether in the heart of the Mont Ventoux Regional Natural Park or near Avignon by the water of the Rhône, you will find here several bike routes to discover as a family, as a couple or with friends. From the Via Venaissia to the via Rhôna, passing the tour to discover the vineyards from Châteauneuf-du-Pape to Bédarrides or even walks in the countryside of Pernes-les-Fontaines, there is something for everyone!

Climbing up Mont Ventoux
Climbing up the Giant of Provence by bike is not without risk and cannot be improvised. To reach the top, it is best to follow the advice of the Departmental Council: click here for discover! You can also choose the itinerary according to your level.
In general, the "least" difficult route to climb Mont Ventoux is by Sault but it is however the longest. The most arduous route is by the Bédoin road, which has become symbolic thanks to the Tour de France. As far as possible, pick routes departing from Sault and Malaucène, Bédoin being the most visited route (50% of traffic). Be careful.
