Birthplace of Esprit Fléchier, a sacred orator at the court of Louis XIV, this 17th century mansion is part of the architectural and cultural wealth of the city.
In this house there are reconstructions of Comtadine traditions in a majestic 19th century dining room staging calendar traditions such as the "Gros souper" of Christmas or even Saint Barbara, the calendal table with three tablecloths and three candlesticks, the composition of the meal and the thirteen desserts. In a nearby room, we also attend “Wishes to the Newborn” with gifts offered to the young mother within three days after birth.

It's impossible to talk about Comtadine tradition without talking about Christmas crib figure ! On the second floor there is a reconstruction of the workshop of the last sculptor in the village, Ludovic Montagard, with his tools, molds and, of course, his nativity figures. There is also a magnanery, a place where silkworms were raised, a farm that has been a significant source of income for Comtadine families.
Bt exhibiting some of his works, people paid their respect to Esprit Fléchier.
