Dans l'ancienne Rue Neuve de la Tour, connue aujourd'hui sous le nom de la rue Claude Chauvet, se trouve la Fontaine Rosa Bordas.
La Fontaine porte le nom d'une chanteuse Lyrique populaire Montilienne du XIXe siècle, connue nationalement à son époque.
En effet, Rosa Bordas se produisait dans toutes les fêtes de la Provence avec son mari, Etienne Bordas.
Elle chantera même à Marseille, Montpellier, Toulouse et à Bordeaux puis à la capitale, Paris, où elle devint rapidement l'idole des foules.
