Les Talents d'ici in Pernes les Fontaines
Located in the heart of the tourist information office, the Espace 'Talents d'Ici' honors the excellence of arts and crafts, art and the local produce of our beautiful region.
A true window display for local talent, this space brings together more than 40 artisans, artists and even producers who exhibit their works or their delicious products.
It is possible to admire the work of sculptors (on wood, stone, bronze and even iron!) , potters, ceramists, metalworkers, upholsterers, glass spinners, wood turners, a marquetry specialist, a plant-based-dye, a barrel organ manufacturer, a stained glass artist a jewellery, a silk scarf and accessory design, a santons, a clock-making, but also of professional painters and an artist creating linocuts. The producers shine by their diversity: olive grower, beekeepers, beekeepers, truffle growers, winemakers, brewers, producer-gatherers of aromatic plants, pastry makers, jammers, nougatiers...
The Local Talent Market
This market brings together all the Talents d'Ici for one day in the garden of the Tourist Office every year in July, a wonderful opportunity to meet passionate men and women with unique skills, to admire so many beautiful objects and to taste delicious local products!
During your vacation at the Porte du Ventoux, do not hesitate to ask the Tourist Office team for the Pernes les Fontaines discovery tour, the Talents d'Ici based in the ancient center are all listed there. You will be able to meet these passionates in their workshop-shops, a great opportunity to unravel the secrets of their know-how or to delight yourself with their products!
