Freshly picked, sweet and sun-drenched, strawberries are the little pleasure of sunny days that we are happy to find on our stalls every year.
There are a great many varieties, old ones that are very fragrant, among the most precocious are the acidulous' Cléry ', followed by the' Dream 'and the 'Dely' both grown in the ground.
And if you are wondering how to taste it? The easiest way to eat strawberries is simply to bite or spread them...
