Founded in an emblematic former flour mill in Sorgues, La Grange des Roues develops a sourdough pastry accessible to all by adding value to their know how, thus a micro food industry sector, bio cereal and leguminous plant, a local produce grocery, an under construction canteen to make the link between nutrition and agriculture
From seed to plate, it brings together a community of producers, processors, artisans, and committed consumers. It offers innovative milling tools, organic flours and breads, a bakery-canteen-grocery store, and a range of training opportunities, all within a framework of socially and solidarity-based pluriactivity, with a participatory approach to its mission of transmission and sharing.

La Grange des Roues develops a local micro-supply chain around expertise in milling, baking, and food processing, contributing to the development of a nearby economy and productive fabric in the agricultural and artisanal sector of Vaucluse. It is part of a complementary approach to the existing agri-food system, with the aim of promoting cooperation in work and revitalizing the link between food and agriculture.
