All year round on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and weekends between 8 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm. Closed on Monday and Thursday.

The Maison Battu, located in the heart of Pernes-les-Fontaines, has continued to delight regulars and the most curious for more than 30 years with chocolates, pastries, pastries, ice cream and other sweets, a subtle combination of their know-how and their creativity.
Founded by Jean-Luc Battu, the pastry shop is now managed by Mathieu, his son, master craftsman and disciple of Escoffier. He perpetuates the family's heritage while bringing his personal touch, enriched by his experiences in major establishments in Paris and London.

In addition to classic pies, cakes and pastries, La Maison Battu invites you to discover their original creations, made in honor of Pernes-les-Fontaines, especially during the Heritage Festival, which takes place every 4 years.
