Plant production and harvesting
In the countryside of Pernes-les-Fontaines, Jean-Christophe Raffin grows numerous aromatic and medicinal plants that he then uses for numerous 100% natural products. We thus find on his land, in the heart of the Mont Ventoux Regional Natural Park, plants of thyme, tarragon, savory, hawthorn, borage, verbena and many others.
These aromatic plants are mixed with multiple flowers that color the landscape, such as poppies, roses, lavandin or even cornflowers.
Drying, distillation and processing of plants and flowers
After collecting these productions, Jean-Christophe processes them. He has several tools in his workshop such as a drying space that allows flowers such as poppy and elderberry to be used in herbal teas.
Floral water, on the other hand, is produced using a still that makes the most of rose, cornflower, immortelle, lavandin or even peppermint.
Les Senteurs du Ventoux also offers essential oils, and oily macerates from its crops, which, for some, have medicinal properties and can soothe certain ailments.

The Senteurs du Ventoux shop is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays all year round, you can get delicious herbal teas made from numerous plants and flowers harvested on site, but also floral waters and essential oils with exquisite scents as well as syrups!
Some products are available in several shops in Carpentras and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Les Senteurs du Ventoux is also present on the local producers' market in Pernes-les-Fontaines on Wednesday evenings (from April to October) and at other events throughout the year.
