In the Vaucluse mountains, on the heights of Pernes, Malemort, Saint-Didier and the hilltop villages of Beaucet, La Roque, Saumane, Venasque, for 100 years, we, peasant winemakers from Clauvallis, have been cooperating to write the history of the vine in Ventoux.

Our know-how is expressed through the rigorous selection of terroirs and winemaking methods combining ancestral art with the most sophisticated techniques. In a permanent concern for agriculture that is ever more respectful of its environment and people, under a climate swept by the Mistral and generously sunny, for several generations, we have been contributing to biodiversity.
