A family story

From the little apprentice of yesteryear to the shop located in the heart of the village, a lot of water has flowed into the 41 fountains in Perne... Mathieu Battu, master craftsman and disciple of Escoffier, has recently taken up the passion and craft heritage of his parents. He brought his personal touch, having acquired a lot of experience by training with the best such as Pierre Gagnaire and other institutions in Paris and London, before returning to Pernes-les-Fontaines and opening a second address on the road to Carpentras!

Breakfast and snacks

In the morning, it is now possible to sit down, inside or on the terrace, to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the tea room at Maison Battu and to enjoy their numerous pastries and pastries accompanied by a hot drink prepared with care.

Also take advantage of a lunch break to come and discover the snack area: sandwiches, salads and savory pies made from fresh and varied products according to the seasons, a real delight!
