Gigi will be happy to welcome you to her cottage called 'Le petit Paradis' which she completely renovated in 2022, located in a residential complex while being close to the countryside but also a 5-minute walk from the center of Monteux with all its shops, amenities on site and typical restaurants to discover.
At the back of the house you will have a living and relaxing space with a private pool (7x4, depth 1.40 m, open from 15/05 to 30/09) secured by a roller shutter, surrounded by a beach with sun loungers. Covered terrace of 20 m² to the south. Enclosed garden of 800 m². Closed parking with electric gate. Combined barbecue/griddle. Bicycle garage. Petanque court.
On the ground floor, you will find an air-conditioned dining/living room with sofa, TV. A kitchen particularly well equipped with new appliances (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine).
3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 90x200 beds, 1 160x190 bed, 1 140x190 bed, baby bed). Shower room. Independent WC.

You can easily access the fitness trail, the 2 theme parks (Parc Spirou and Wave Island) as well as the lake to enjoy nautical activities.
Electric heating: flat rate of €65/week from October to March. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay in option and rental of bed linen and towels.
