Ruchofruit is an artisanal factory, created in 1989, in the heart of the Mont Ventoux Regional Natural Park. It is in Bedoin that over the seasons, Anne-Marie and Christophe cook for you no less than 70 recipes with the taste of Provence, which are complemented by a selection of honeys, which was the origin of the company.
You will find a wide range of jams, syrups and juices, condiments and spreads, not to mention vinegars and other sweet and sour chutneys.


Ruchofruit is identified with its signature recipes such as the preparation of green olives with almonds, the tomato-pepper-eggplant combination, or even cherry-rum-cinnamon, apricot-lavender, apricot, lavender, lemon, lemon and raspberry-lime jams. The uniqueness of some jams is that they can be combined with savory dishes such as Caro d'Or with cheese or apricot-thyme with roast pork.
We invite you to come to the workshop to find our entire range as well as the new products that are regularly created there. In the shop you will also find 100% local products from our artisan friends, farmers and winemakers.
