This is the story of 4 children from the country, attached to their land and to the producers who cultivate it, who marry Provence and Martinique for a Balèze result. From this union is born a rum with natural flavors from local production. This rum macerated at its peak, comes with lemon, cherry and Carpentras strawberry. A powerful, original and damn 'Balèze' taste.
