Opening hours

All year round on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7.30 pm and 10 pm. On Sunday between 12 pm and 2 pm.

The Creole Escape, a destination where flavors and conviviality are in the spotlight. Alexandra and Michel, reserve you a warm welcome, a culinary stopover where you can enjoy typical dishes.

Sit down, and start with a rum-based aperitif accompanied by banana chips and for the dishes, you will have the choice between fritters, rougail sausage, octopus salad, lambis fricassee, chicken colombo, chicken colombo, chicken colombo, cod fritters or even exotic fish kebabs and other West Indian blood sausage.


New horizons:

Creole cuisine is the result of a fascinating mix, inherited from explorers who sailed the seas to discover new horizons. Essentially composed of local products, it is enriched by know-how and influences from elsewhere. Full of sunshine, it celebrates the flavors of fish, seafood, vegetables and tropical fruits, inviting you to a true culinary journey. Chilies and spices, true signatures of Caribbean cuisine, awaken the senses with enchanting notes of curry, colombo, Indian wood, annatto and ginger. Sugar cane, emblematic of the region, gives birth to sugar but also to rum and the traditional Punch Planteur.
