Between the Carpentras Canal and the heights of Pernes
This walk, which is aimed at both beginner walkers and hiking experts, starts at the Paul de Vivie Sports Complex. On site, you will notice large signs near the free car park, which will show you the way to take.
Follow the green markings (circuit No. 1) to follow the easiest hiking route, ideal for families! Enjoy views of the Pernoises hills along the way as well as the freshness of the Carpentras Canal. Throughout the seasons, come and admire the changing colors thanks to our beautiful vegetation typical of Provence.
Possibility to extend this circuit for an additional 5 km with the medium level circuit No. 2 (green markings also).
A few tips before leaving
- Download the description of the walk for free, or the GPX track in order to always keep an eye on the route.
- Be sure to bring the necessary equipment with you such as water, a snack, sunscreen, suitable shoes...
- Access to forest areas is restricted in summer from 15 June to 15 September. Each day before starting your hike, visit the Vaucluse Prefecture website by clicking HERE or by calling the voicemail at (+33) 4 28 31 77 11
- To adopt all the right actions during a nature outing, consult the FFR hiker's charter.
