Independent kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), washing machine in the cellar.. Dining room/living room (TV). 3 bedrooms (2 140 beds, 2 90 beds, sheets and towels provided), baby bed. Bathroom with shower and bath. 2 separate toilets.
Gas central heating. Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay.
Closed garage for a car and bikes.
The heated and fenced private pool (10x4, depth 1.30 m, depth 1.30 m, open from May 1 to September 30) is at your disposal to cool off and relax throughout your stay. 6 deckchairs and a parasol.
Take advantage of its covered terrace of 24 m² facing south-east for lunch or dinner with a griddle, garden furniture, an enclosed garden of 600 m² and a closed and private parking.
You will be a 10-minute walk from the various shops in Bédarrides and 20 km from the historical treasures and restaurants typical of Avignon, Orange and the surrounding villages.
Châteauneuf du Pape and its famous vineyards will be places to visit for lovers of local products.
As for those who want to ride a bike, multiple outings and hikes are possible near the cottage. Renée's house has obtained the Accueil Vélo label.
You can go by train to Avignon or Orange.
TGV station 25 km away. Spirou theme park and water park 10 km away.
