The bathroom includes a double sink, a shower cubicle, a toilet and a washing machine.
The cottage has internet access.
Outside, at the foot of the stairs, you have a terrace to enjoy the heat while being in the shade of the cypress trees.
A garden with its pretty 7x4 m swimming pool equipped with an electric roller shutter, a ping-pong table and a petanque court, in the common areas, complete the cottage for a total change of scenery and a gentle Provençal lifestyle.
Out of sight, a room adjoins the house, allowing you to store bicycles, a roof box and other accessories.
The land of 1000 m2 is completely enclosed. Parking in the property.
When entering the cottage, you are seduced by the charm that its exposed beams give it.
This comfortable cottage of 95 m2 can accommodate 5 to 6 people.
From the front door, a corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom, before opening onto a large living room, with on the right an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and on the left a cozy living room with TV.
The kitchen offers everything you need: fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
The rooms are divided as follows:
- a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
- a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed of 90 cm
